He’s the same mind that came up with the liquid-nitrogen deep freeze oyster ice cream that we featured in our recent article about creative oyster recipes.
Who knows where he comes up with some of this stuff? I surely don’t. But, I can attest that his whackiest recipes can be great ideas.
Take, for instance, the first of two appetizers I munched on while at the Flora-Bama YC. These might look like ordinary hush-puppies, but they have a secret inside. Crab, Parmesan cheese and shredded potatoes. As pictured, you only get five in a basket. Respect each bite.
